Using the best of the digital brand to showcase ZEDRA across their global audience

ZEDRA is a global specialist in trust, corporate and fund services with 16 offices worldwide and a team of 500 professionals.
The ZEDRA marketing team contacted us about a potential website ‘refresh’ with the aim of making their website more contemporary, engaging and interactive. We were awarded the project as the marketing team felt we understood the brand and requirements and were happy with the creative concepts we produced as part of the pitching process.

The Brief 

The brief was to improve the look and feel of the website, reorganising its content and introducing a contemporary and mobile responsive layout. It was also important to improve the functionality, making it easier to use and faster for the benefit of users and search engines alike.

The Solution


Each project we carry out starts with careful research and planning. Our first task was to get to know the ZEDRA brand and the services that ZEDRA offers.
Next, we dug deeper and discovered the various audiences that would visit the website. From this research, we developed the website architecture which included an updated sitemap, user journeys and wireframes.
We then created a contemporary design with clean lines, making the best use of the screen space, introducing aspirational photography and branded assets.
The content management solution was built on the WordPress platform and implemented our own custom flexible content solution making it super easy to update content.

  • An updated office listing page –­ A key goal was to make it easier to find office contact details and office team members. The new office listing page implemented the same AJAX technology as the team member search and provided filtering to find a local office quickly and easily.
  • A mega menu enabling users to get to any page of the website in one click.
  • Super clear calls to action to encourage users to get in touch at key points throughout the website.
