Your project places a number of contrasting demands on the structure and make-up of the project team.

You need a team that is thoughtful, who will grasp the intricacies of the space you operate in, produce conclusions that are firmly substantiated and credible in the eyes of your various senior stakeholders but will also engage them through a strong creative and technical point of view.



The project organisation 


You need a team that is efficient, flexible and pragmatic, capable of running the project adeptly, working within a tight timeframe and negotiating existing milestones. Also, a team that you’re confident standing in front of your senior team to present the strategic and creative thinking, and conclusions.

So, we propose a tight, fairly heavyweight, hands-on team, backed up by a wider team ‘back at the ranch’. This team comprises some of our most senior people. This will ensure conclusions are ‘right first time’ and that the only corners cut are the appropriate ones. We will also work in an agile way, adapting to your priorities and business requirements.
Between us, we also have a lot of experience in working with businesses with challenging portfolios, contrasting priorities and understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority as well as the contemporary banking space.

Principles for project management and delivery

We will appoint a dedicated account manager to drive the project. At the outset of the project, we will agree with you the principles and regularity for day-to-day service delivery and communication.
Our approach to client servicing is tailored to our clients’ needs in the same way that the strategy and creative output is. This allows us to work within agreed SLAs, and working practices to flex with the needs of our clients’ business and foresee and plan for any potential eventualities.
We also encourage 360-degree feedback to ensure that we continually look to improve how we serve our clients.




Discovery sessions can be carried out at your location, ours or remotely, however we always recommend face to face meetings.


Status calls


We would suggest a weekly progress update call with your project lead. This will be a forum to review the past week’s actions and plan for the forthcoming week.


Project plan


A detailed project plan will be developed and kept up to date in line with the progress of the various workstreams. This will detail the key activities under each stage. Not only will the plan list the teams and individuals responsible for those activities but it will also outline the key review and milestone points across the whole programme.
